This policy explains how TJ Exterior Services uses the details you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the service you’re interested in and anything else you choose to add, such as your email address or details about the job.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and, if you book, carry out the work. We may call, text or email you about your enquiry. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts and insurance.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Call us on 07907 000 856 to do this.
